In this 16 week coaching course, alongside other women experiencing the same struggles, I will be teaching you the basics of strength training, and helping you gain confidence using weight training consistently so you can get stronger and create that toned look, and also discover all the ways muscle improves our health. I will help you create a solid foundation of habits with nutrition, so you have the information you need when it comes to weight loss and muscle gain and the role nutrition plays. I will be with you every step of the way helping you apply these concepts.
